Shipping + Returns
We ship within the United States using USPS and UPS services. At checkout, you will be able to choose a delivery option based on what is available for your address. If you require swifter delivery, let us know and we can provide an expedited quote. We generally ship within two business days from the time your order is received. We ship orders weekdays Tuesday-Friday.
Be sure to review your billing and shipping address when placing an order. We are unable to re-route packages.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
LBJ US is not responsible for loss or theft upon delivery of your package. If it is necessary for your package to be signed for, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to shipping.
Jam and other specialty foods offered here are not eligible for return.
All non-edible items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of goods. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed towards the credit card used in your transaction. This generally takes one to two business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and encouraged to ship using a trackable service. If there was a mistake on the part of LBJ US, or if an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Please return your goods to:
