Half Day Jam Courses at LBJ shop in Clapton, London

London based workshops will ( hopefully ) be back in 2022. Here's an example of what you might expect:

The half-day workshop will focus around the basics of jam making, use of ingredients that we like to call ‘friends of jam’, working with seasonal fruits, and the chance to make your own jam followed by afternoon tea with Lillie and a chat about the world of jam.

Please note: at the end of the day you will have at least 5 x 220g jars filled with your jam creations to take home. If you are traveling from abroad to attend the course, you will not be able to take these as hand–baggage on airlines so please check if you can place luggage in the hold.

Things to know about the course:

Course tutor: Lillie O’Brien
Group size: Small, to ensure that each person can get individual attention from Lillie, participants will work in pairs.
Duration: 4 hours
