Apricot & Muscovado

Sweet tart Apricots are stoned and cooked with rich Muscovado sugar to create this lush caramelised jam. The texture is smooth and thick, as the apricots have been thoroughly cooked down. What does it go well with? Everything – or nothing – some customers have exclaimed: “all you need is a spoon".
